Description
The house is approximately 200m² with two floors, each containing one apartment. The entire house can only be rented as a whole, as there is no separate entrance between the apartments. Each apartment offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a balcony (upstairs), a terrace (downstairs), stunning sea views, and air conditioning. This house is located directly on the seafront, just a 15-minute walk from the town center.

The holiday home features a garden overlooking the sea with sun loungers and is situated slightly elevated from the beach promenade, ensuring privacy. The house enjoys a prime location on the island of Rab, in the second Padua Bay. The town center is just a 15-minute walk away. The house is fully equipped with dishes, bed linens, and towels. Pets are not allowed. A restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner is a 2-minute walk away. The second Padua Bay is one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas on the island of Rab. Everything is within walking distance. There are excellent restaurants, beach bars, ice cream parlors, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, water taxis, and much more nearby. You can even swim to a small island.
